Winnie-the-Pooh is a fictional teddy bear created by A. A. Milne and illustrated by E. H. Shepard. He first appeared in 1925 in a children’s story. The character was inspired by a toy owned by Milne’s son and a real bear at London Zoo.

The first book, Winnie-the-Pooh (1926), was followed by The House at Pooh Corner (1928). The stories take place in the Hundred Acre Wood, inspired by Ashdown Forest.

The stories became popular worldwide and were translated into many languages. In 1961, The Walt Disney Company adapted them into films, making Pooh one of the most famous characters in the world.

Winnie-the-Pooh is a cute little bear. He loves honey very much. He lives in the Hundred Acre Wood.Pooh is kind and friendly.His best friend is Piglet.He also has friends like Tiger and Eeyore.Pooh likes going on small adventures.He always tries to help his friends.Sometimes he makes funny mistakes.Pooh teaches us about friendship and kindness.
