                                             My Village



My Village is Kanthale. It is a small village. It is in Trincomalee District. The main thing in our village is the tank. It is very big. Not only that, it is very beautiful.People in the village not only engage in the fishing industry, but now they are also conducting tourism activities using boats. It's mean 'kayaking'. So tourism attractions also come to our village.Our village has lot of paddy fields and temples . They are the ones who make our village beautiful.In the past, our village was famous because of the sugar industry. But today it has been closed. It is a big tragedy. Anyone who sees the sugar industry once feels great sorrow.




Kanthale is a village very famous for curd.No one who comes to our village leaves without eating curd. Because,those are very tasty.


I am very proud and happy with my village life in every way. So I love my village a lot.
